Market Analysis and Strategy

3720 Gardenia Avenue, Long Beach

Thank you so much for the opportunity to meet with you, see your beautiful home and help you strategize on how to make the best move for you and your family. I’ve put together this information based on the needs and desires you expressed to me to get as much as possible from the equity in your home and land somewhere on the east side of Long Beach in a home that has more separation of spaces and is less maintenance and upkeep. I will email you separately an email intro to a lender I work with frequeintly who can answer your questions about a bridge loan and strategize with you on other options for you to determine what is the best way to move forward with selling Gardenia and buying an eastside area home that you can make your own. Most of the punchlist repairs I have documented on this presentation are cosmetic, and once we have a pre-listing home inspection, we can determine what mechanical or systemic fixes need to be made, if any.
