Backyard feels huge when you go out there, room to add square footage for sure, maybe even a pool if you’re feeling wild.

CONS: On the smaller side, no AC, one bathroom, would maybe want to add on eventually, only way to access backyard is through kitchen side door or the front side gate, kitchen and living area are on the smaller side, but backyard could be more of your dining area perhaps?
