Thinking of staging

your home?

Studies stay that staged homes spend an average of 73% less time on the market.

THE IMPACT ON BUYERS

Home staging taps into the buyer’s emotions and considers their wants and needs of buyers when searching for a home. Buyer’s agents have found that their clients are willing to offer more money for a staged home compared to one that is similar but not staged.  A home’s staging should be designed to appeal to the largest number of potential buyers so that they can visualize their lives in the home.
