Save the Date - It's Party Time! (Almost)

 

Can you believe it’s been four years since we’ve been hosting our annual Client Appreciation Photo Party Picnic?

Say that ten times fast! We want to reminisce on last year’s party as well as give you information about the fun things to come this year! We are really excited about the activities we’ve added and our yummy new food vendor!

WHEN:

Sunday, September 15th

TIME:

2:00 - 6:00 p.m.

WHERE:

El Dorado Park West, Long Beach

Disclaimer: We were hoping to have the party on September 21st which is the date we originally sent out - the park has something going on that day so we moved it to the 15th, sorry for any inconvenience!

If you have never been to one of our photo party picnics you may be wondering what in the world we are talking about. Beatrix started this event four years ago because she loves to send holiday cards every year with a family portrait. People would always ask her, ‘How do you have time to get your family portrait taken?’. It occurred to her that if she handled all of the details and created a fun event where families could come and eat, play and get their photos taken in time for holiday cards, it would be a great way for us to connect to our clients — who often are busy with work and kids — and also give them something they truly value!

The last couple of years have been so much fun, we have been counting down the days until we were able to start planning this year’s!

This year we are going even bigger!

Here’s what you can expect in addition to your adorable family portraits:

  • Delicious food from BombDiggity Hot Dogs

  • An awesome DJ who plays games with the kiddos and gets them involved

  • An even BIGGER and BETTER bounce house

  • A face painter (for after the photos of course.. or before?)

  • Jumbo picnic / yard games

  • Crafts for the kids that they can take home

  • And more… we can’t stop ourselves!
