Meet Caroline, our newest sales agent!

With home being at the center of everything for her and her family, she is so excited to be helping others find that sense of community that she has!

Caroline comes to the team after a 13 year career in finance. An LA native, she and her family have made Long Beach their home. They love being a part of the community and are big fans of all of its parks, restaurants and waterfront spaces! She’s especially excited to have joined the team as she has also been on the other side with us. She purchased her first home with Beatrix in 2013 and they’ve stayed close since! She hopes to provide that support to other individuals and young families looking to find the same community that she has found! She brings authenticity, humor and care to every client relationship and we are proud to brag on her behalf that she is fluent in English, French and Spanish!

What are your strengths that make you stand out?

I genuinely care about people and put my heart into what I do.

Where did you grow up?

LA!

What do you and your family like to do together?

We love going for walks in our neighborhood or playing/having wine in our backyard. Home is really at the center of our life!

Why did you choose real estate?

I want to help people find the same home and sense of community that we found when we bought our home years ago. I know what a huge investment and important decision buying/selling a home is and I want to be able to help guide people through that process. And hopefully make it a little less stressful and more fun!

Although this past year has been undeniably tough, I’m so thankful for where it has brought me. Many people don’t realize how personal this career change is to me. When I lost my job last August, I also had just gotten the news that my dad’s cancer was terminal and that he only had weeks to live. I almost didn’t tell him about my job loss because I didn’t want him to worry about me. But how could I not tell him when he was the person I went to for all advice?

So I told him, and asked him what I should do. He was very calm and immediately answered “go into real estate. You’ve always wanted to help people, and you will be great at it.” And with those words, my dad gave me his last piece of advice and the greatest gift – a new career, a way to help people, and a way to help myself through the grief. I’m so thankful not only to be in real estate, but to be part of the team that helped us find our home years ago.
